Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel a consultation or service package by submitting a written request to [insert email].

Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment and before any consultation or documentation work has started are eligible for a full refund.

If work has already begun (including document review, eligibility assessment, or application preparation), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the work completed.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If services have been fully rendered.

If the client fails to provide necessary documents or information in a timely manner.

If the visa or immigration outcome is negative, as decisions are at the sole discretion of the concerned immigration authorities.
Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Any bank or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
No Refund on Government Fees
Government application fees, third-party charges (e.g., medical exams, language tests), and other external costs are non-refundable once paid.
