Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Asppen Overseas, we are committed to providing high-quality immigration consulting services. We understand that situations may change, and we aim to maintain a fair cancellation and refund policy for our clients.

Cancellation of Services

  • Clients may cancel a consultation or service package by submitting a written request to [insert email].

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment and before any consultation or documentation work has started are eligible for a full refund.

  • If work has already begun (including document review, eligibility assessment, or application preparation), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the work completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If services have been fully rendered.

  • If the client fails to provide necessary documents or information in a timely manner.

  • If the visa or immigration outcome is negative, as decisions are at the sole discretion of the concerned immigration authorities.

Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Any bank or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

No Refund on Government Fees

Government application fees, third-party charges (e.g., medical exams, language tests), and other external costs are non-refundable once paid.
